Lane Baldwin is this week’s featured guest on fellow bassist John Montagna’s Radio 418 podcast. The first of two parts, this segment is the fourth episode since John revived his popular podcast.

“John and I go back several years,” Lane said, “and I really appreciate the invitation to be on his show. It was a total blast – just two friends sitting down to talk about all things music.”

John Montagna has toured with many top acts, including several years with the Alan Parsons Live Project. He now stays closer to his home in Brooklyn, doing live and studio work in the New York area. His podcast is very popular, especially among bassists. The two-part interview with Lane covers the recent NAMM show (in Anaheim, CA), Lane’s work with Deeper Blues, and many of John’s and Lane’s bass playing friends.
